For beta access, enterprise pilots, security review, privacy requests, and provider disconnect help, use the TAO contact route. Existing invitees can also use the email thread that delivered their invite.
Disconnect or revoke a provider
- In TAO, go to the relevant integration settings page and disconnect the provider account where available.
- For Google, also review third-party access in your Google Account security settings.
- For Microsoft 365, ask your Entra administrator to review Enterprise Applications and revoke consent if needed.
- For Xero, remove the app connection or re-authorise with the correct scopes from Xero and TAO.
- For Current RMS API keys, rotate or revoke the key in Current RMS System Setup > Integrations > API.
Reviewer notes
OAuth reviewers should be able to reach the public homepage, privacy policy, terms, support page, and data-permissions page without signing in. TAO should keep those routes crawlable and align them with the exact app name, logo, domains, and scopes submitted to each provider.
